1. The Services We Provide

The Upper Room of Prayer provides spiritual services including, but not limited to, prophetic ministry, prayer, spiritual counselling, professional consultancy, and training. All services are offered on the understanding that they are spiritual, advisory, and educational in nature.

2. Appointment Scheduling

The online scheduling system allows you to request private appointments. Your request is an offer, and an appointment is not confirmed until you receive a formal confirmation from our office.

• Accuracy of Information: You agree that all information you provide for scheduling (Name, Email, Phone, Subject, Summary) is truthful and accurate.
• Cancellations/Rescheduling: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice. Users are required to notify the office at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule.
• Fees: Services may be subject to a fee, which will be communicated clearly at the time of booking or confirmation. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in the cancellation of the appointment.

3. Partner Subscriptions and Donations

Our partnership program provides supporters with regular spiritual content, prayer cover, and other benefits. The terms below apply to all partner subscriptions and donations:

• Subscription: Subscriptions are processed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, annually). By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method the recurring fee.
• Payment Security: We do not store full payment card details. All transactions are handled by secure, third-party payment processors.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Payments are generally considered non-refundable. Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of The Upper Room of Prayer management.

4. Ministry and Consultancy Limitations & Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

Services offered (prophetic advice, prayer, and spiritual counselling) are for **spiritual, inspirational, and educational purposes only**. They are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for non-spiritual matters.

• No Guarantees: We make no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the outcome of any prayer, consultation, or advice provided.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Eswatini law, The Upper Room of Prayer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services or website.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our services.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Eswatini.
